This weeks workouts are nothing to write home about. I just realized that I only worked out TWO times this week. That is horrible! I really have no excuses other than I was so exhausted all week but moving on……

I do have plans to make this week much better. I am going to most likely skip one out of the 3 regular spin classes so I can run instead. I really want to get this running stuff going. I am on week 4 of running starting tomorrow because I didn’t get any in this week. Hoping for a good week!
