Workouts this week were really good. I’m totally exhausted though but it’s all good. Hubby and I are going to go on as many walks as we can outside up until December and quite possibly walk the 1/2 marathon. I’m not sure though at this point if I could make it. I’m honestly still struggling even without running…maybe it’s the mind set but also I’m just not feeling strong enough to do over 4 hours of walking. I know the 10k would be a good amount for me and would still be a struggle so a good goal to reach for. I’ll keep you updated as we go along. I will not make my final decision until we get to Jamaica so it will be a last minute decision.

Tuesday-

Time: 60 min.
Wednesday-

Time: 30 min.
*Treadmill
Time: 20 min.
Run/walk but only got in about 4 min. running (not in a row bummer) but did try to do more fast walking.

Thursday- Day off
Friday-
*Personal training
Time: 30 min.
Saturday-
*Walk outside
Miles: 3.2
Sunday-
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
*Walk outside
Miles: 3.78
This coming week looks to be just as busy and so far I have workouts on the books for every day of the week. Phew!
