Mobility. Pure and simple. Before I started working out, walking up stairs was a trial… not just because of my weight, but because with my lupus it was difficult to lift my legs that high. Now a-days I can easily wash my feet in the bathroom sink.

Miz: I am planning on going to BlogHer. I mean, I’m right here right? LOL But I do need to try and find a sponsor for the event so if you know of anyone who might want a lot of extra exposure, I’m all ears. It would be great to meet up with you again!

What an excellent list! Whenever I find myself coming up with excuses not to exercise, I always try to remind myself that my health is more important than any possible excuse I could devise.
Plus, I just feel great AFTER I exercise. Getting started is the hardest part, but then I get in the groove and I am always so happy that I got moving!

Great list Angie! I don’t really have any reasons why I exercise…of course I’m not really doing it at this moment. Definitely something I need to work on.

Stephanie: Getting started IS the hardest part but I do also love the feeling afterwards.
Tishia: Thanks! I think if you started back up slowly and got into an exercising groove, you would be really happy you did. I’m here to help encourage so let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
