Had an OK week. For some reason lately I have felt like I was fizzling out but I am NOT going to give in to that feeling. I just keep going!
This week was another 5 day workout week. Today I did have a plan to workout but instead did a lot of moving around the house (moving furniture, organizing, cleaning, etc.). We were so tired after all that we ended up taking a nice long nap! Sure needed that.
Best Body Bootcamp and The Holiday Bootie Buster challenge are going good. I’m trying to think of what my 2 goals for the coming week are going to be for both. I’m sure one will have to do with my December goal of 5-7 servings of fruits/veggies a day and I think the other is going to be taking time to myself to read/write at least 30 min. a day.
Be on the lookout tomorrow as you can start signing up for the next round of Best Body Bootcamp! Will you be joining in?
Staying accountable with my weigh in, here are the stats for this week (going up and down):
Current weight: 250
Previous weight: 251
Starting weight: 252
Goal weight: 150-175

If you’re starting to feel like things are fizzling out too, don’t let yourself give in. Do what you can but don’t ever give up. We are going to have off weeks like the one I had to test us.
I wish us ALL a SUCCESSFUL week! Onward and upward.
Did you struggle this week? Did you have a successful week? Please share!
Cecilia says
Great week, Angie! Keep it up! I’ve definitely struggled and I think the best thing to do is take time to yourself and refocus. I find reading and quiet time to really help me get to where I want to be mentally.
Angie says
Thanks so much, Cecilia! My goal this week is to take 30 min. a day to read/write so I think that will help. Have a great week!
Kristin says
Sounds like you still had a pretty productive week with your workouts!! I fizzled this weekend a little bit because I’m feeling really yuck so didn’t want to push it…I hope to pick back up where I left off this week! I look forward to seeing your goals…I’m slacking, still have written mine for December!
Angie says
Yes my workouts were OK but boy I didn’t feel them that is for sure. Hope you’re feeling better! And I hope to get in some kick butt workouts this week.
Rachel says
Yes! I struggled mentally to wrap my head around my workouts this week. I had a few good days… but there were days when I had a serious case of the I DON’T WANNA. 🙂
Have a great week!!
Angie says
Thanks! Sorry to hear you struggled as well. Let’s hope for more good days this week!
Abby says
You’ve been working very hard. I guess some days are easier and some days it is just harder for us. I have days that plain sink, but I try to remind myself that this is a lifelong change not not everyday will be awesome. Some days I feel that fizzle too. Hope this week is better for you.
Angie says
Thanks Abby! I’m trying to get through this week of workouts. Today I really fought with myself to get downstairs to the gym. It may have only been 20 min. but I did it.
Debra says
Great work this week! Keep it up! Take it one workout at a time. Sometimes, I have a workout that, when it’s over, I wonder why I even bothered, but I keep going, and put my heart into the next workout and have a great result, and then I remember: “THAT’S why I do this.”
Angie says
Thanks so much, Debra! I have those workouts too. It can be frustrating sometimes.
