Hit my goal for 15 in-home walking miles again this week AND I did the 3 days of strength training I set out to do. YEA! I am feeling good as far as exercise goes but on the food front, not so good. Not sure what is going on with me but I have to be more cautious and watch what I choose to eat and how much. It’s such a constant struggle but I know I can do it. Would love to have a nutritionist and personal trainer to make my life complete ha ha

Thanks Lisa! Wish you were close by so we could workout together.
Angela, thanks! I know all about sitting at the computer LOL I have to really push myself to get up from it and go workout. As for walking, have you tried any Walk Away the Pounds dvd’s? I love them and they are not boring that is for sure.
As for dancing and rebounder, yes totally go for it. I love my mini trampoline but haven’t used it in some time. I remember Kelly had a rebounder challenge but I wasn’t able to participate. Wonder if she’ll have another or if I should have one here on this blog? I was actually going to make rebounding my Nov. challenge.
Cutting out the sugars is going to help big time. It is one of my biggest challenges, sweets that is *wink* Please keep us updated on your weight loss. Would love to know what your goals are for the next few months. How about going for at least 3 days of exercise a week for the next few months? Go for it Angela!

Nice job Angie! I need to lose 40lbs, all this sitting at the computer for two years has not done me good in the weight department.
I want to get moving but I’m finding walking just boring. Thinking about dancing it off and getting a rebounder. What do you think of those methods to lose weight? Of course I’m also cutting out the sugars! I’m addicted to sweets and I know it’s bad, bad in combo with no activity!
