Blog Birthday, Happy 1 Year

On February 22, 2008, I started this blog!  I can’t believe how fast the time has gone.  It’s been a lot of fun and I have learned a lot.  I want to send out a big THANK YOU to my faithful readers and commenters.  This blog would be nothing without you.

It would be my birthday wish that you would share this blog with your friends and family or anyone you can think of who might have weight loss and fitness questions or who might be looking for guidance in this area.  Also, please feel free to contact me with questions and I’ll put all questions in queue to post about in the future.  It’s my goal over the next year to grow my readership here on the blog and with your help, I’ll be sure to accomplish that.

Although I won’t be serving any cake, cookies or brownies on the blog today, I do have an impromptu giveaway.  Just decided today that I would give something to one of my faithful commenters who have commented three or more times over the past year.  I had some fun this morning going through and looking at comments and I truly appreciate those of you who keep coming back to support me!

So I know you all want to know what I’m giving away.  The prize will include the Walk Away the Pounds book and that’s all I’m going to tell ya!  Out of all the pages of commenters, 28 names were put into a bag.  Hubby drew the winner for this impromptu giveaway and the goody package goes to
