Take Your Picture

Here is your Fit & Healthy Friday Tip

Today’s Tip:  Take Your Picture

Yep, it’s time to take your mug shot.  It’s very important that you keep a photo journey of yourself as you lose weight.  You will be excited to be able to watch your transformation over time.  I know that sometimes it’s hard for people to have pictures taken of themselves but when you start to look back on your journey in the coming months, you’ll be glad you took those pictures.

Do you have pictures of your weight loss journey?

I’ve been keeping photos at weight intervals. Right now I’m waiting for those last few pounds to come off so I can post my “under 300 lbs” Photo. IF it doesn’t come off this weekend, though, I’ve promised to photograph anyway just to see the changes in my body that are independent of the scale.

I do monthly pics. I will be posting my new ones in about a week. I always do it on my Tuesday weigh in day around the 20th or so of the month. It is awesome motivation! Your pics are amazing~~~

Annette: I’m glad to hear you take monthly pictures. I really wish I would’ve kept up with it. I’ll get back to it though because it definitely gives me hope when I look back at them. I look forward to seeing your pictures and thanks for your kind comments on mine.
