This week wasn’t that great. I was sick on Monday, did fine up until the weekend, then poof, nada. My knees have been bothering me big time lately especially my left one and I’m not quite sure what I’ll be doing. I really wanted to kick it up a notch this week and add extra workouts but at this point I don’t see that happening. So needless to say I did not meet all of my goals this week.

50 stability ball crunches
20 min. Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout
Wednesday-
50 stability ball crunches
50 reps- Ab Coaster
50 min. Turbo Kick class
Thursday-
Day Off
Friday-
50 stability ball crunches
45 min. Walk Away the Pounds Walk Slim 3 mile
Saturday & Sunday-
No workouts
Well, at least I got SOME exercise in. How did you do this week?

I did great! I did my new Leslie Sansone 4-mile with firm band 5 days….the 3 mile 1 day and I even did a short 2 mile today. Usually I take Sunday off but I indulged in dessert and champagne (within reason at my son’s b-day party last night) so I felt like I better do an extra workout for the week. My strength training was a bit lazy last week so I’ll try to do better with that this week. I think my body was adjusting to the longer workout so it was just all out of energy~

Way to go, Annette! You are doing so great. I really love the firm band. I really need to work more strength training into my routine that is for sure.
