You might also really enjoy a post he did on his blog called Top 10 Diet Tips Ever. I drink a lot of water throughout the day but I need to make sure that I am drinking a full glass before each meal. I have been doing good with not eating too late and know that starting out the day with breakfast makes a huge impact.
One thing I have struggled with recently is #5 in his Top 10 post. Lately I haven’t had faith that I can lose more weight. I have lost quite a bit in the past and have struggled since then. As most of you know I have had this linear foot fracture and haven’t been able to workout. The healing is not going as expected. It’s a downer for me because I actually LOVE to exercise.
I AM however trying to keep active in other aspects of my life as I can and hope that one more shot in the foot is going to help. I would like to figure out a fitness plan that I can manage while the foot is healing. If you have any recommendations, I’m all ears.
I imagine any upper body moves that I can do while sitting or laying on the floor or weight bench would be fine. I might try a Pilates workout and only do the floor part that doesn’t require use of my foot.
