Not sure how much I’ll accomplish this week due to my aching knees but I’ll attempt to do a few things.
At least 4 days of activity this week (in-home/gym)
50 stability ball crunches each of those days
50 reps- Ab Coaster when I go to gym
What are your goals for the week?
I have a new goal this week 🙂 It is to get outside and enjoy this gorgeous weather. We were cooped up last week but this week looks like a marvelous one and I want to decorate for fall. The family could use the sun and fresh air. Chasing the twins around outside should get my heart rate up ;0
