This past week was crazy! I completed the 30 Day Shred on Thursday and burned some major calories over the weekend between mowing lawns and going to the gym. Feeling great and ready to get started on my August challenge.
In August, I will
*Do at least 15 miles of in-home walking (Walk Away the Pounds) in addition to regular workouts
*Do 3 days a week of weights/abs/resistance
I was going to challenge myself to start keeping a food journal again but have decided against it for now. I might change my mind but for now I’m going to focus on exercising.
