I feel like I had a great week of workouts. I accomplished my goal of doing 15 miles of Walk Away the Pounds for the week but I did not do 3 days of weights/resistance/abs, only two. As most of you know, my goals for August are to do at least 15 miles of in-home walking and 3 days of weights/resistance/abs every week.

Our Sunday spin instructor told us that our spin/cycling classes are approx. 17 miles. PHEW!
