Welcome to my Losing It and Loving It blog

Disclosure: This post may contain referral/affiliate links.

Welcome to my Losing It and Loving It blog. I’m so glad to be able to share my personal weight loss and
fitness experience with you. Have you thought about your weight loss goal and fitness goals for 2008? If so, do you have them written down? Have you shared them with others? I will share my goals below and would really appreciate if you would do the same.

There are many goals I want to accomplish. Some of the goals I have are listed below.

  • Keep a daily food journal and log everything in to The Daily Plate
  • Weekly Weigh In
  • Monthly Measurements
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
  • Join a fitness center with hubby DONE

My goals will most likely change throughout the year and I might add more as I go along. I would love
to hear your goals as well. Many of you have been following my story since the beginning and I thank
you for all of your support. For those of you who are not familiar with my story, you can learn more on
my About Me page here on this blog.

You have done incredible on your journaling! I’m so impressed.

My fitness goals change a lot as well. I got back on a soccer team, so now my goal is to get my sprints built up again so my lungs don’t burn. lol I can jog for 3+ miles, but sprints and jogs together is another story.

Staying away from the take-out and planning meals ahead is always a goal I work on. It’s so difficult with my crazy schedule, hubbies schedule and the kids.

I’m looking forward to seeing all the updates on your blog as you progress Angie! 🙂

It is always a struggle to get the weight off and then it takes a conscious effort to keep it off.

Being over weight is an emotionally draining and physically draining situation to be in and many times your struggle is reduced to ridicule and insensitivity.

The exhilaration you feel when you look back 5 months before you made a conscious effort and see positive results is truly gratifying and often creates wide smiles and happy tears.

Losing weight can be accomplish but motivation must come from the inside to change the outside.

You can and will do it, just never give up hope.

Only give up the pounds and the inches.
