Another week staying the same.  I think this is the last week of taking it easy and then I’ll go back to adding more to my workout schedule.

Goal weight: 135-140
Pounds left to go: 50+

    No loss, no gain…….TOM 😉 but I am hoping to see the scale get closer to the 240 mark next week…it’s still at 244.

    Hey Angie,
    This week was great for me- i lost 2 pounds and feel fantastic.
    I’m very motivated and to me that’s the most important thing cuz i know that I won’t fall into temptation when I’m motivated.
    Hope to lose 2 more pounds by next friday-woohoo!
