One of my all time favorite go to breakfast is the smoothie. Mine is always pretty simple, oatmeal and chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, almond milk and ice. But I do love green smoothies too! And juicing makes a great start to any day.

I know a lot of people that just don’t like to eat so much in the morning so I recommend that you have a little something even if it’s a banana and some peanut butter or even some veggies.
