20 min. weights/stability ball (included 50 crunches)
Wednesday-
10 min. Elliptical
50 min. Turbo Kick class
50 reps- Ab Coaster
Thursday-
Day Off
Friday-
40 min. Turbo Jam Turbo Sculpt w/weights
Saturday-
60 min. Spin class
50 reps- Ab Coaster
Sunday-
5 min. Elliptical
50 min. Spin class
50 reps- Ab Coaster
