I’m going to go ahead and keep the same goals as last week.
At least 4 days of exercise (cardio and strength/weights)
50 Ab Coaster reps every time I go to gym
8-10 glasses of water a day
I didn’t take measurements or pictures last week so hopefully I’ll get myself together this week and take care of that.

Hey Ang, my goal this week is to try to snack on veggies. I bought some fresh pea pods, baby carrots, etc.
I also really need to get back in the habit of drinking water & lose the diet soda.

I started the week with the goal of losing 2 pounds by Friday and I actually already lost it through dieting!!

I’m so happy and motivated that I wanted to share.
Today my goal is to actually exercise- that is one of my biggest challenges.
