My goals for the week:
-4 gym days (Spin, Cardio, etc.)
-3 days Fat Loss Quickie workouts
-2 days other in home workouts (cardio and strength)
-3 days exercise ball work
*Edited my Fat Loss Quickie workout days and number of days on the exercise ball. I really thought about it and decided that I don’t want to overdo it and looking at my goal list before, I was starting to do that and we all know when I do too much, I inevitably hurt myself so that is why I changed it.
How did your workouts go this past week? And what are you goals for this coming week?
Dear Angie,
I started a blog today to document my journey to health and happiness. When I came upon your blog I was intrigued by your last entry. You really exercise a lot. I’m afraid that I may have set my exercise goals too low. I took a water aerobics class this morning and plan on doing it again tomorrow morning. After reading your blog, I think I may go to the gym a bit early and try to ride the bike for 30 minutes and do a few sit-ups before I join the class. I admire your decision to listen to your body. I hope that I’m tuned in to mine! Warmest Regards, Denise Burks

Denise,
I’m so excited to hear you started a blog to document your journey. I’ll take a peek soon. It seems like I exercise a lot but I don’t think I really do all that much however when I first started my new healthy lifestyle back in 2005 I was no where close to be able to do what I am able to accomplish now.
Your exercise goals should be reasonable for what you can personally do. You can always add or take away depending on how you feel.
Sometimes I overdo it and that is not a good thing. Be cautious and listen to your body. Wishing you much success in your journey.
