This week I’m still nursing the knee however I do hope to get to the gym.
My goal is to work out at least 3x and do upper body weights 2x
Still keeping a food journal and I’m going to try to eat 100 calories less three days this week.

so great with your goals 😉 I am adding free weights this week and looking for new and exciting veggies……hoping to be in the 230s for weigh in tomorrow, if not then that’s my goal for next week!
