This week went pretty well. I met part of the goal I set and that was to workout at least 3x. I did upper body once.
Monday-
27 min. Walk Away the Pounds Fast Firming
Tuesday-
Wednesday-
30 min. Elliptical
15 min. exercise bike
Thursday-
Friday-
Saturday-
20 min. Elliptical (no resistance)
60 min. Spin class (no resistance/gears, just cardio)
Sunday-
6 min. Elliptical (no resistance)
50 min. Spin class (no resistance/gears, just cardio)
I think this week went pretty well considering. I did get to pick up my New Balance shoes on Friday so I wore them at the gym this weekend. Very nice shoes! I’m still icing the knee but I’m really hoping after this week there will be NO pain so I can resume a normal workout schedule.

great job this week! i just went to my first spinning class after not having gone since june. let’s just say i was soaked with sweat within 5 minutes. but i guess that’s why spinning is so affective haha

The week is going OK and I’m starting to finally feel better as far as the knee goes but I think I might be coming down with the flu. This is not good but I don’t care come Monday, I am getting back into the swing. I need it bad.
