It’s time to plan your weight loss and fitness goals for the week.
My goal for this week is to workout at least 3x, drink 8-12 glasses of water a day and keep writing in my food journal (more focus on portion control).
I have to do this all during the week because we have other obligations over the weekend and won’t be able to make it to the gym. Phooey!
I hope that this is the last week I have to nurse the knee. This pain is really quite annoying but I’m hoping for the best.
What are your personal weight loss and fitness goals for the week?
I am finally getting back on track with my running. Since we’ve been in Colorado, I’ve been sporadic at best.
Now that we’re going to be headed back to Wisconsin in a few weeks, it will be tough to get outside to run in WI winter, so I’m making sure I take time out for myself now and get back into a routine.
