Once again I had dental work and missed a few days of workouts. I’m not looking forward to more work on my mouth over the next year. I am really off schedule and I’m so bummed that I am going to have to order one size up in bathing suits for our trip to Jamaica. That does not make me happy at all and well I’m pretty bummed. My attitude right now is blah because I’m in pain and I just want all this dental stuff to be over with.
I hope to have some decent workouts this week but I’m back to the dentist tomorrow since I still have issues after a root canal last week. Here are the workouts that I managed to get in this past week.

Thursday-Saturday – Zilch!
Sunday-

Time: 58 min.
Calories burned: 617
*Mow lawn
Time: approx 1 hr
Calories burned: 604
As you can see, I have not met my goals. But I’m sure trying! Hoping for a much better week and praying the dentist can somehow make this pain go away. Good thoughts sent my way would be much appreciated. Hope you have a great week!
