I’m getting there…

Disclosure: This post may contain referral/affiliate links.

It felt really good getting back into the groove a bit this week although I still am not back at my normal workout routine.  Had more dental issues of course and have one last dental appointment for 2009 (keep your fingers crossed LOL) tomorrow and we’ll be spending Thanksgiving with my parent’s. I’m excited to see them and it also means we are that much closer to our vacation to Jamaica.

I mentioned to Kev tonight that I am going to try my best to exercise every day while in Jamaica. Whether it be formal workouts over at the 10-acre Sports and Fitness Complex like Elliptical, Spinning class, etc. or water sport activities like snorkeling, I am going to try to be active every single day we are there.

Here are my workouts for the week:

Monday-

*Walk outside
Time: 15 min.

*Elliptical
Time: 20 min.
Calories burned: 251

*Spin class
Time: 54 min.
Calories burned: 596

Tuesday-

*Melt It Off (10 minute workout)
Time: 11 min
Calories burned: 112

Wednesday-

*Spin class
Time: 52 min.
Calories burned: 631

*Whittle My Middle Ab Challenge (Day 1)
Time: 6 min.

Thursday-

*Whittle My Middle Ab Challenge (Day 2)
Time: 6 min.

Friday-

*Whittle My Middle Ab Challenge (Day 3)
Time: 6 min.

*Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout
Time: 20 min.
Calories burned: 212

Saturday-

*Whittle My Middle Ab Challenge (Day 4)
Time: 10 min.

Sunday-

*Whittle My Middle Ab Challenge (Day 5)
Time: 11 min.

*Spin class
Time: 1 hr. 2 min.
Calories burned: 664

I am absolutely loving the Whittle My Middle ab challenge but have a long way to go to accomplish all the planks the correct way.  Those are tough but I’ll get there.

How did you do this week?

Angie, you are doing great with the Whittle My Middle Challenge. Those bodyweight exercises look easy, but are so effective. You’ll be doing that side plank with no problems by the time you’ve completed the challenge! Hang in there.
