Weekly Weigh In: March 4

Tuesday’s are my weekly weigh in’s. I will be sharing my weight loss or gain from the week before.

This past week I lost 1 lb. I was expecting more but it’s a loss none the less and I am happy with any loss. How was your week?

    aha, this is the hardest thing about blogging. I have the same problem. In my personal weight blog I can go weeks on end without posting a weigh in. I am weighing in, but it’s not making it to my blog.

    Time for a weigh in lady. You have done incredible on your workouts and that number needs to be celebrated!
