Today’s Tip: Challenge yourself
There are quite a few bloggers with weight loss challenges and fitness challenges out there on the web that I wanted to share. I will be doing a rebounder/mini trampoline workout challenge sometime in Feb. so be on the lookout for that but in the meantime here are some of the great weight loss challenges and fitness challenges that I have come across.

All of these except the Winter Shape Up are already in progress but you can join at anytime! I think I’ll be looking more into the Intro to Iron Pumping challenge for myself and hubby to follow. I really need to challenge myself to stick with a strength training routine.
