I have definitely been more active over the last week, slowly getting myself back into it so I don’t overdo it BUT I didn’t gain or lose so everything is the same as last week. I know that I can do this but I have just been out of sorts lately and hope to snap out of it very soon.

I know it’s a bummer when you don’t lose anything. But you didn’t gain! Yay!
My week-not so good. I’m trying to get back into a routine, and it’s not working so well. I’m hanging in there though and trying to do it day by day.

Miz, out of sorts because of my knee issues and just feeling blah but I think I’m getting out of that funk. Almost time to go to Jamaica so the break should do me good.

I’m still maintaining. In fact this past week I finally fit into jeans I hadn’t work in years and years. I was pretty excited!!!
