51 min. Walk Away the Pounds 4 mile Walk Slim

60 min. Spin class

I hope you’re feeling better soon. Good job on exercising even though you’re sick.
It was a good week for me, too. Mon. 60 min cardio class, Wed. 60 min walk, Thurs. 60 min walk, Fri. 60 min spin class. I forgot how much energy I have when I move.

It looks like you had some great workouts! Good for you for resting a little when you’re sick. I think it just makes it worse to push through it without taking healing time!
