Yep, I am feeling really good! I know it has something to do with the personal training because my body just feels so much stronger. I am starting to really focus on looking for good vegetarian meals that are easy to make. I did end up with a bum knee this week from my Monday personal training sesh but it was not with either of the trainers I had previously. All is good in the world now that I have chosen primary and secondary trainers. And my knee is much better!

Monday-
*Elliptical

*Personal Training (lower body)
Time: 30 min.
*Treadmill
Time: 35 min.
Miles: 2.40
Calories burned: 346
Ran 7 one minute intervals and felt good. It’s so hard to hit my goal of 10 intervals after a lower body personal training session but I can’t do lower body on Wednesday’s because of spin class afterward so I have to deal with it.
Tuesday- Day Off
Wednesday-
*Elliptical
Time: 10 min.
*Personal Training (upper body)
Time: 30 min.
No spin this night because of bum knee. I did miss going but was not going to push it because I cannot afford to lose much time away from running so had to listen to my gut and my trainer who said no way should I go to spin LOL
Thursday- Day Off (spent day icing my knee!)
Friday-
*Elliptical
Time: 15 min.
Miles: 1.17
*Personal Training (upper body, cardio & core)
Time: 30 min.
Forgot to start watch so no calorie burn counts today.
Saturday- Day Off
Sunday-
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr.
Calories burned: 560

I love your blog here. The big question: does exercise really help lose much weight or is it that exercise decreases our appetite for lousy foods and maybe our desire for large portions?
Is it mainly all about eating less?

I think it’s a combination of things, exercising, portion control, healthy foods. I definitely agree that after workouts I’m craving more healthy foods.

I’m totally in to my workouts … usually LOL Yesterday I was so sore and exhausted that I didn’t go … and today I don’t want to go (but I’m going go make myself go anyway). *sigh* I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and today I feel like I do when I’m “getting sick” so I’m super bummed (probably too much partying over the weekend).
