Today was good but my calves sure do hurt. I did the 45 min. Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile Walk Slim workout.

I think I’m ready for spin and weights tomorrow LOL
I also drank 12+ glasses of water and kept a quick food journal. By quick, I mean I’m just jotting down the items I eat and how much not counting calories right now. We’ll see how that goes.
I also weighed in and took measurements. I’m very sad to say that I have gained 32.8 lbs from my lowest but I’m going to work hard to get that off again and more!
Current weight: 220
Goal weight: 135-140

Gosh, measuring is so hard. Had to have hubs double check and my calculations were off from his so we’ll keep his and he’ll take my measurements every month. I’ll add pictures soon to this post.
