Went to the gym again for spin and weights.

Calves still hurt today but I pushed through and had a pretty good ride.

Forgot to set my HR monitor so no calorie totals.

Low Row 40# 2 sets of 10
Glute Machine 50# 2 sets of 12
Hip Adductor 70# 2 sets of 12
Hip Abductor 70# 2 sets of 12
As for weights, I’m not sure I’m at the right weight or number in sets. If anyone has any tips or suggestions, I’m all ears.

Good work on your exercise this weekend. I’ve been slacking off and I need to get back to it this week.
as for weights, well there is lots of info, but I’m a low rep girl personally. But any weights is good weights in my opinion.
I used to get the workouts from Shape mag etc and follow those.
Might be worth it to book a trainer for a session… you and the husband could share a session which is always more fun.

Great tips Tamzin. I have a lot of magazine clippings and I’m sure I can find something in there. I’m thinking I’ll ask the gym if they can do a refresher course for me on the equipment.
