I think it was a great workout week! A few days were exhausting but I feel pretty good. I did sneak a peek at the scale yesterday and so far have lost 2 lbs but I’ll wait to get final numbers tomorrow on my usual weekly weigh-in.

Wow! You have way more motivation than I do! I do not work out 7 days a week. And actually I’ve been neglecting working out lately…time to get my rump in gear again cause I don’t want to lose momentum now!
I bet the turbo kick class is exhausting! I bet it’s fun too. I’d have to say that on a scale of 1-10 for working out for the week, I’d have to give ya a 12! Great job.
