Here’s the tentative plan for this week. We pretty much always play it by ear as to what we feel like eating on a daily basis but try to come up with a menu plan and most times stick to it.
Monday- Tuna & Soup
Tuesday- Breakfast for dinner
Wednesday- Turkey burgers (or chicken) with sweet potato fries and veggie
Thursday- Spaghetti (multi grain) with ground turkey in homemade sauce, biscuits
Friday- Mahi Mahi/Salmon with potatoes and veggie
