Today’s Tip:  Benefits of Healthy Eating

Over the past five years since starting my healthy lifestyle, I have found many benefits of healthy eating.  I am going to start the list by naming 5 benefits that have stood out to me and would ultimately like to come up with 50 or more so that those looking to start a new healthy lifestyle will see what is possible for them.

Ready, set, go

  • Lose Weight/Get in Shape
  • Have more energy
  • Improvement in skin, teeth and hair
  • Better concentration

Please share a few benefits of healthy eating you have experienced.

I feel more confident overall; I think that’s a secondary effect from eating healthy, weight loss and decent sleep. 😉

Great idea here! Here’s another benefit:
Less toxins for your system to have to deal with.
AND The chance to develop healthy habits along side your kids.

hmmm, add to that you’ll –

    won’t feel as depressed,
    not sick as often,
    joints don’t hurt,
    sugar level stabalize,
not feeling as tired and sluggish through the day.

Later on, you’ll be able to buy a new car with all the money you won’t have to spend on prescriptions.

You guys are doing a great job!

    Angie,

I used to be on several medications. I’m now off every single one of them. The weight loss combined with the daily exercise will continue to keep me off all the meds.

I experienced a lot of the benefits already mentioned. Because of losing weight, exercising, and getting off of blood pressure medicine, I was able to get pregnant. So my big benefit was a bouncing baby boy!

Kim: Definitely a great benefit. So glad to hear you got off your BP meds.
