OK so this week was nothing to write home about and I probably shouldn’t have worked out on Wed. but I pushed it and did it and then paid for it after. All is good now and we are tapering down and getting ready for our half marathon walk. I can’t believe it’s coming up so soon. So for the sake of staying accountable here are my workouts for this past week.
Monday & Tuesday-Sick days
Wednesday-
*Personal training (upper body/core)
Time: 30 min.
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
Thursday & Friday- Sick days
Saturday- Day off
Sunday-
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
*Body Works & Abs (helping a friend train for certification)
Time: 1 hr
I also did knee lifts and now that I have those ‘perfected’ it’s time to move on to the leg lifts and boy those are HARD! Definitely a goal to accomplish in the new year.
This week is a light workout week and next week there is no workout schedule on the books. I’m ready to complete this half marathon!

I didn’t get any exercise last week because I spent it in bed suffering from some kind of stomach upset. No I feel weak and sluggish, must be all the muscle mass I lost.
Hope you and hubby enjoy yourseves in Jamaica! Gotta check how warm it is there…
