    what you gonna do about this plateau? Work out harder/more often? Eat less stuff, more healthy stuff?

    Well no gain is a great thing even if you’ve just stayed at the same number…. Will you do something to change to see if the number goes down more?

    You’re braver than me, I dunno if I could post my weight on my blog lol. I’m part of a Biggest Loser Challenge on my mommy board and even that’s hard to do where it’s a protected room for only those participating.

    I wonder if posting my weight would motivate and encourage me to do better with my weight loss. Do you find it helps?

    Had a great weight loss this week! I am ready for onederland now and I think I have found my new motivation ;)…….I would love to be goal for my birthday…….May 15th 🙂 as a present to myself so I’m going to work my butt off to see if I can do it. It’s a lot of weight to lose in 3 1/2 months but going to give it all I got and get as close as I can!

    I actually exercised this week- so I’m so happy that was possible. I have a real problem getting motivated to exercise but I’m finding that doing something enjoyable while exercising brings a lot of motivation.
    I’ve been on my diet all week long.

    Oh Linda, I need a plan, that is for sure. It’s been an icky week that is for sure but I’ll get over it.

    Gina, I do find that it helps to post those type of detail on my blog. It helps me stay more accountable.

    Annette, congrats on your great week. Thanks for staying accountable here too.

    Eren, way to go on exercising this week. I find that when I exercise I feel more alert and ready to tackle what ever is ahead of me.
