Welcome to Healthy Weight Week 2011! This week was all about promoting and celebrating healthy diet free lifestyle tips. I’m coming in on the tail end of it this year but still wanted to talk about it.
The tip for this week is to make sure you get enough protein in your diet.

I know that I personally need to focus on my protein intake. I am not getting enough and need to really learn more about how as a vegetarian/pescatarian to do so.
