I could use a bit of this right now
Quick check in for this week. I am really itching to change up my exercise routine so I’m working on figuring all that out. This week was good but not exciting and that is what I want to get back to.
Monday-
*Personal training
Time: 30 min.
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
Tuesday- Day off
Wednesday-
*Personal training
Time: 30 min.
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
Thursday- Day off
Friday-
*Personal training
Time: 1 hr
Saturday-
*Just Dance for Wii
Time: 1hr
This was a total blast and I know I burned a TON of calories. Crazy!
Sunday-
*Helped my stepson move today! Oh boy do the legs burn. Lots of upper and lower body work today. Phew
Not sure of my plans for this week. We are due to get a pretty huge snowstorm so I already know that I’ll reschedule my Wed. personal training. We were going to take a Body Works & Abs class but Kev hurt his back and that is the potential snowstorm day so it’s not going to happen. We’ll see how the week plays out though and I’ll probably do some workouts at home along with some PT sessions at the gym.
