Here’s what I have so far—
Today: rotisserie chicken with whole wheat zone pasta and sauce, broccoli
Mon—Ham and Beans with cornbread
Tues—Healthy Chicken and Dumplings……peas on the top
Wed—Grilled Lean Pork Chops…….I don’t know what else 😉

It’s Tuesday and we already changed Monday dinner. We got home from spin at 7:30 last night and neither of us wanted soup or tuna so we changed the meal. Oh well!
FatFighter, chicken and veggies sounds delicious.
Annette, menus sounds great.
Adrian, we have Jamaican jerk seasoning and sauces that we use for things like that so it’s not something that is pre-made.

We just had waffles and they were yum-o! Monday and Wednesday night dinners have to be quick since we get home later than normal from spin class.
