Today was lower body and core. I have been having knee issues and a problem with my right wrist so we have had to work around all of that but it’s been going OK. I wanted to try lower body again and we did some things that didn’t bother my knees at all. Very excited! Progress….
Saturday-Sunday
Boy can I just say I’m ready to get back to my normal workout routine? Once this week is over, we’ll be joining the new gym so I’ll be hitting up TWO gyms until May 4th. Not my idea of excitement but something I gotta do. I’ll be getting back in to my home workouts more too. We are looking at 3 spin classes a week, some cardio, resistance pool time and for me 3 days of weights/strength a week. Oh and of course relaxation time in the hot tub and maybe some massages at the spa. Oh definitely massages! LOL
This week looks to be busy with workouts. 3 personal training sessions, spin classes and possibly a Body Works & Abs class.
