OK, not sure what is going on here but I imagine the scale at home has been off number wise and not in my favor LOL So last week’s numbers were off as I weighed in at the gym this past weekend and the scale said 217. Kev set our scale at home to match that so I’ll keep an eye on it and weigh in again this weekend at the gym.
So from last week’s numbers, it’s up 5 lbs (I don’t think that is correct since I have been eating OK and exercising my bootay off ha ha). I’ll get it figured out!

Goal Weight: 135-140
