Love Is In the Air Fruit Bowl

Disclosure: This post may contain referral/affiliate links.

This fruit bowl was my Valentine’s Day afternoon snack and it was soooo good!  I read about the organic Love Crunch granola by Nature’s Path available at Whole Foods that I had to get me some.  It did not disappoint (except I wish the chunks of granola weren’t so huge).

Love Is In the Air Fruit Bowl

  • a little Nature’s Path Love Crunch granola
  • a few dabs of plain Greek yogurt (I use Trader Joe’s)
  • handful of strawberries
  • a couple of blackberries
  • half a banana

I layered in that order and then added a little more Love Crunch on top.  Delish!

The cute little spoon is from Crate and Barrel, one of our new favorite stores.

Enjoy.

Hey Angie! – Very healthy, looks great!
I like the combination of yogurt, fresh fruit and granola and the photo!
Oh, did you know that the Arran, founder of Nature’s Path Organics opened his first vegetarian restaurant the Golden Lotus in Vancouver, BC, Canada in 1967?

    THEN – in 1971 – Lifestream Restaurant
    https://www.naturespath.com/company/arrans-musings/lifestream in Vancouver –
I ate there all the time!!!
The former location at 4th & Burrard in Vancouver is just 7 blocks from where I live now!!

Then that led to Nature’s Path:

So when you eat your next Nature’s Path cereal, think of me and Vancouver!!!
    Wishing you Vibrant Health!

That is so awesome, thanks for sharing the story of the company. I would love to live somewhere that has true vegetarian restaurants but out here in the burbs aka sticks we don’t have anything like that.

I would like to try more of their products for sure.
