FitBlogger Fitness challenge went OK this week but I only did 2 days, missed one. Rita mentioned there is a 12 week weight training routine coming to FitBlogger this week so I’m really looking forward to reading more about that. I’m trying to put together a strength/weights workout for myself to do after PT ends so hopefully that will be a good start.
Overall, workouts this week were good but I could have added in more for sure.
Monday-
*Personal training
Time: 1 hr
Boxing and lower body
Tuesday- Day off
Wednesday-
*Walk Away the Pounds 3 miles with weights
Time: 40 min.
FitBlogger Goal: 150 crunches
Thursday- Day off
Friday-
*Personal training
Time: 1 hr
Boxing and core work! Let me tell you I am in love with boxing. I am sure going to miss boxing with my trainer and hope I can get Kev to box with me at least 3x a week. Such a great workout!
Saturday-
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
Sunday-
FitBlogger Goal: 150 crunches
I am going to try to do much better this week. I don’t have personal training until Friday and have a lot to do to get ready to do our taxes next weekend so I’ll be staying home most of the week (except for a meeting and dinner with friends one night). I am loving getting back into my home workouts so this should be a fun week. Not exactly sure what workouts I’ll do but I would like to do a few Walk Away the Pounds, Turbo Jam and maybe some rebounding. We’ll see!
