Stuff Happens

This week was good but really nothing to write home about.  Once again I didn’t complete my FitBlogger challenge goal but came close again.  2 days instead of 3 for the 150 crunches/core work.  I will tell you though that all the work I have done so far each week really helped me with core work this week.  I was able to do various sit ups on different equipment without stopping.  It felt good to accomplish that.  Scott (my personal trainer) was impressed too!

Here are my workouts for the week:

Monday-

*Walk Away the Pounds Big Burn DVD
Time: 30 min.

Tuesday-

*Turbo Jam Fat Blaster DVD
Time: 30 min.

Wednesday-

*Shadow Boxing (at home)
Time: 20 min.

FitBlogger Goal: 150 crunches

Thursday- Day off

Friday-

*Personal training (boxing and core)
Time: 1 hr

FitBlogger Goal: 150 crunches

Saturday & Sunday- Death in the family, had to travel

This past weekend we had to travel due to a death in the family.  We are exhausted and need to catch up on sleep!  Hopefully I’m not dragging all week and can get in a few good workouts.  Goal is to do 2 days of at home workouts, 1 personal training sesh and a spin class.  Plus the FitBlogger goal of 150 crunches + core work/3 times this week.

What are your fitness goals for the week?

    Sorry to hear about a death in you family! {{HUGS}}

    150 crunches? Amazing!

I need to start writing down what I do each day like you do. Maybe that will help me with the areas I’m having some trouble in.

Thank you Ellie. I think writing down what workouts you accomplish will help keep you on track. It’s really cool to look back and see how far I have come over the years. I started out having a hard time walking just a mile and have now completed a half marathon. Seriously I still can’t believe that.

Hi Angie, this is nice that you are like having an online diary/journal about your training. While you are keeping track about your progress, anyone can also base their workouts on yours! 🙂

And oh, sorry about the death in your family.
