Santa Monica to Venice Beach California: Alisa & Jason Gives Us the Scoop

As you probably already know, we are in the middle of planning our summer vacation to Southern California with 3 of our granddaughters, 15, 12 and 6. I have been watching travel videos and reading blogs about LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica and more (tons more lol) to get various ideas.

I love how Alisa and Jason always give so much good info about where they travel so I wanted to share the video of their walk from Santa Monica to Venice Beach in California. Now I have more great ideas for us to do when we are in that area.

I had already decided we would go see the skate park and Muscle Beach at Venice Beach. I wouldn’t have known there was a muscle beach in Santa Monica too (the original one?) so we’ll be sure to check that out. They gave us a quick look at the Santa Monica Pier with the rides too.

What I really loved is that they showed some places to eat and what they ordered. I really want to go to the one called Amaze Bowls. Looks and sounds delicious. Cool to get a sneak peek into Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

I have a huge list of things for us to do so now we have the task to narrow it down. That should be fun!
