This was my last full week of personal training. I actually have one more personal training session to go tomorrow. It’s bittersweet because I have really enjoyed it and my personal trainer has been great but LA Fitness no longer deserves our money for MANY reasons. We joined a new gym at the end of Feb. and have been been going to one spin class a week there so far. The week of April 18th we’ll start going there full time.
My workouts this past week were really good BUT extremely exhausting. Boxing is NO JOKE! I sure hope Kev (hubby) is ready to workout with me because I definitely need a boxing partner although I can do some bag work at the new gym, no problem. So here are my workouts for the week.
Remember this is not a normal week for me but I had to get in 10 half hour sessions before the 12th so that’s what I had to do.

Phew this week was so tiring! I am still trying to figure out what my workout plan is going to be on my own and with hubby. I know one day will be Pilates, one day spin and we are going to look into a Yoga class. Then I have to fit in weights/strength and I still want to do a lot of in home workouts. Guess we’ll play it by ear for the first few weeks to see how the new gym is when it comes to the crowd, etc.
Oh and one last thing…..you have probably noticed that I didn’t weigh in yet. I’m just waiting until after personal training ends to do it.
What was your most fun workout this week?
Mine was boxing!
P.S. I’m working on a blog post this week about what to look for in a personal trainer so if you have any questions please email those to me.

My daughter and I went to the pool yesterday with the weighted rings – it was so much fun seeing who could get to them first – not only we’re we in constant motion, we laughed a lot too! 😀
Hope you are enjoying the great weather Angie – and let’s hope the tornadoes stay away! 😀

Sounds like you had a blast at the pool. I wish I could get into water workouts. I am looking forward to using the resistance pool at the new gym though.
Hope we don’t get any nasty weather too.

With all that boxing, no wonder you feel exhausted. 🙂
I don’t remember my funniest workout, but I’m looking forward to my home-based strength training session tomorrow.
