Here are some of the best at home fitness programs to help motivate you to get or stay moving. It’s especially important to be active during trying times. It will totally make a difference in how you feel.

Has Your Situation Changed?
For those of you who have had to move your work into the home or have been laid off and need to keep the anxiety at bay, I highly recommend that you keep up with your fitness routines. And if you haven’t ever started one, now is a great time to slowly ease into it.
So many great companies are providing free workouts for a limited time which I’ll share below. A lot of fitness instructors are also now offering their classes via Zoom or other online meeting avenues.
The only thing getting me through this crazy time besides God and praying of course…. are my workouts. Like I mentioned in one of my recent posts, I joined the company Beachbody back in December after a ton of research. They have Beachbody on Demand which is an app that offers a ton of great workouts for all ages. Here’s an interview Fox News did with Beachbody’s CEO.
Coronavirus quarantines causing home fitness programs to skyrocket https://t.co/PtRipf1dOJ yay! Love @beachbody workouts! They are keeping me going through all of this. #athomefitness #workoutathome

Beachbody on Demand
The workout video they showed in this interview with the CEO is the very first Beachbody program I did (it’s called YouV2) and I’m almost finished with Shift Shop another amazing program. Right now you can get some free Beachbody workouts for kids. There is also yoga, Barre & boxing workouts plus much more on Beachbody on Demand. If you’re looking to get started with a new fitness program, healthy nutrition options and need accountability, I would love to help you get started. No pressure of course.
