Monday- Day off

Wednesday-
*Turbo Jam Fat Blaster
Time: 31 min.
Thursday-
*Treadmill warm up
Time: 10 min.
Miles: .5
*Boxing
Time: 20 min.
*Weights (lower body)
Time: 20 min.
Deadlifts, leg press, calf press, Bosu squats, tried wrist rolls
*Crossramp (elliptical)
Time: 15 min.
Miles: 1.09
Friday-
*Turbo Jam Turbo Sculpt
Time: 40 min.
Oh my how I have missed this! Such a great workout, totally got my sweat on!
Saturday-
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
Sunday- Day off
Miles left to go for April: 31.24
It doesn’t look like I’ll hit my goal of 39 miles but that’s alright. Workouts are looking up!
Have you seen the VersaStick? Came across the link on one of the blogs I read and it’s now on my wish list.

You’re obviously back in action, Angie! Last week was a good exercise & workout week for me too.
I have never heard of VersaStick, but it reminds me of Gymstick, which is pretty similar.
