Workouts No Bueno

Get Over It
Workouts were no good this week.  Definitely not impressed.  I just had a bad week and hoping for a better one this week.  I still have to do that one thing out of my comfort zone for the June challenge and not sure what I’m going to do before Tuesday. Hmmmm, I don’t know that I’m going to Pilates tomorrow night so I might try my new Yoga DVD which would be good for the challenge.  Wish I had better news for you regarding my workouts but I just had a stinky week when it came to exercise.

Monday- Day off

Tuesday-

*Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout
Time: 20 min.
Calories burned: 296

Wednesday-

*Boxing plus weights
Time: 25 min.
Calories burned: 274

Thursday- Day off

Friday-

*Walk Away the Pounds Big Burn
Time: 32 min.
Miles: 2
Calories burned: 441

Saturday- No workout.

Sunday-

*Mowed the lawn
Time: 41 min.
Calories burned: 638

How did your workouts go?

I would love to hear about your workouts because I could use some inspiration!

Good for you for doing better with workouts. Tomorrow is definitely a new day. I really wish I felt better and maybe by tomorrow morning I will. I am going to workout no matter what though.

Well, I had no workouts at all last week! For the first four days I was ill and then I spent the rest of the week travelling.

Now I’m ready and eager to get back to my usual routine. I hope my body has enjoyed the break. 🙂

Sometimes we have off weeks…but the good thing is it just motivates us to push more in the future. 🙂
