Exercises you can do anywhere

Disclosure: This post may contain referral/affiliate links.

I was given the opportunity to review Nuru Planet’s fully illustrated Exercise Anywhere deck of cards and I absolutely love them.  I even have one deck of Exercise Anywhere cards to give away to one of my awesome readers so be sure to read the review and if you think it’s a product that you might like, enter for a chance to win.

Nuru Planet’s Exercise Anywhere is a mini deck of cards with a variety of exercises you can do anywhere at anytime.  The first few cards go over the basics and then for each separate major muscle group section you’ll find an overview of the exercises and in each section you’ll find sample instructions.  I like that the overview shows the image of the portion of the body with that specific major muscle group.  Believe it or not, I learned where some muscles were located that I had no idea before.

The major muscle groups you’ll find in this deck of cards are

Chest
Back
Lower Body
Shoulders
Arms
Abs

and a

Cardio Lab

Each section also has advanced variations for those who may find the exercise is too easy.  This is perfect for those who start out as beginners because you can work towards accomplishing the advanced variations.

These Exercise Anywhere cards are easy to take on the go and even have a ring to hold them together.  Use them while on vacation (I’ll be taking them with me to Jamaica), a friend’s house, family trips, etc.  Although Nuru Planet mentions these are perfect for building a better body outside of a gym, I have a gym membership and will still use them at the gym.  Items you might need to complete some of the exercises is a towel, hand weights or cans, chair, step, mat and table.

I think these cards are awesome however I would love to see them laminated so you can really workout without worrying about getting them all sweaty or dripping water on them (I have heard they are waterproof but can’t find that info on their website).  I think I will color code each section with a highlighter so it’s easy for flipping to the section I want to use.  Right now each section is marked in black so I think it will make it easier for me to use color.  Overall the Exercise Anywhere, knowledge on the go cards are the perfect fit for me and will make great stocking stuffers because they are so affordable.  Nuru Planet has other great products too so be sure to visit their website.

Now on to the giveaway! One of my lucky U.S. readers (sorry Canada and overseas) will win your very own Exercise Anywhere deck of cards.

Here’s how to win: CONTEST HAS ENDED, thank you

You’re so brave for putting your weight loss efforts in writing and in public! I don’t think I could do that. Good luck…

Another item they carry is the Personal Finance and I’d use the cards mostly at home.

Once more item they carry are Emergency First Aid Cards- I’m sure this will be very helpful in any household. I wanted to blog about it but I’m currently having issues with my blog so I’ll just tweet about it. Hope I win – these Exercise Cards will come in handy especially cause I am working on losing some extra weight!
