I was in Colorado from Wednesday to Sunday. I definitely had altitude sickness the entire time. Headaches and breathing issues. Needless to say I did not even chance a workout. I didn’t even get a picture of their workout facility. The business trip was great and the views were breathtaking.
Here are my workouts:
Monday- Day off
Tuesday-
*Treadmill
Time: 25 min.
Miles: 1.31
Calories burned: 321
*Ab work
Time: 10 min.
Today I did Day 2 of my Squires Fitness online personal training workout. I kind of changed it up a bit as far as the treadmill went. They had it listed for me to walk fast until out of breath, then walk at a slow pace and repeat that for 15 min. Instead I walked at a fast pace and threw in some 30-60 second runs in there. Then for abs I did air bike and scissor kicks (2 sets of 15 reps) and leg pull in’s (3 sets of 10). Each of these had a 60 second rest in between.
Wednesday-Sunday- Nada
